6 events. 5 days. 🤍

After taking 3 months off to welcome our baby girl, this week marks our busiest week since returning from maternity leave.

What’s even more special? Every single booking came from referrals, repeat clients, friends, and family. 🥹

As a small business owner, there’s no greater feeling than knowing people trust you enough to recommend your services to others.

Day 1 was a PG County school end-of-year sports banquet, and we’re taking you along for every event this week!

Follow along as we document all 6 events, the behind-the-scenes, the setup, the celebrations, and everything in between. ✨ #dmvphotobooth #dmvphotoboothrental #dmvphotographer #dmvevents #dmveventplanner by @acecustomphotobooth

If you’ve been wondering where we’ve been… we promise we didn’t disappear! This year has been a lot for us as a small wife-and-husband owned/operated business. Between balancing our full-time federal careers, navigating RIFs and government shutdown stresses, and running our photobooth — whew, life was life’ing. 😮‍💨

But even in the middle of all that, God has been good. 🙌🏽💛
We’re grateful that our business continued to grow and that we were able to serve so many beautiful events this year, even if we haven’t been posting much. Trust — we’ve been outside capturing memories, laughing with guests, and showing up for y’all every single time. We serviced over 50 events this year!!

And now… our biggest blessing yet. 💕
We’re excited to share that we’re expecting our first child!!
This little miracle has been the sweetest part of our journey, and we’re excited to bring you along with us.

As we prepare for this new chapter, we’re also working hard behind the scenes to build and grow our team so we can continue delivering the same great service you’ve trusted for the last 3 years. Our goal is to expand in a way that keeps the experience personal, seamless, and unforgettable — just like it’s always been.

With that said, Ace Custom Photobooth will be on maternity/paternity leave February–April 2026, and we will not be accepting bookings during that time. If you have an event before or after those months, we’d love to celebrate with you — so definitely reach out early!

Thank you for sticking with us, supporting our small business, and being part of our story. Here’s to more love, more growth, and an amazing 2026. 💫

This event was such a vibe! Diamond is one of our returning clients and always a joy to work with. In our very first year of business, she booked Ace for her 30th birthday—and we’ve been locked in ever since!

This year, she celebrated with a dreamy Pearls & Prosecco girls’ night on a floating home, and let’s just say… the sunset, the water, and those photo booth moments? Unmatched.

Happy Birthday, Diamond! Thank you for always choosing Ace to be part of your special day! #dmvphotobooth #dmvphotoboothrental #dcphotobooth #dmvwedding #dmvphotographer taken in National Harbor by @acecustomphotobooth

Still on a high from this event! So grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a dope celebration for a major DMV influencer’s 30th birthday. I don’t know how they found me, but I’m thankful their amazing planner reached out!

The room was filled with powerhouse influencers, good energy, and unforgettable vibes—from forever bracelets to a tattoo artist (yes, ppl were getting tattoos at a party!). And the photobooth? A whole moment. I mean, influencers love a good photo op, so you already know the booth was a huge highlight of the night. Everyone showed love and I’m just so grateful to have been in the mix.

More events like this, please!
