🗽🌎 CLIMATE WEEK NYC: WE’RE BACK.

The 6th Annual BIPOC Climate Justice Summit is coming to the American Museum of Natural History on September 26.

This year, we’re gathering under the theme:

CLIMATE DEMOCRACY FRONTIERS

At a moment when climate action, science, public institutions, and democracy itself are being tested, we’re bringing together frontline organizers, scientists, advocates, artists, policymakers, students, funders, and community leaders to ask:

Who gets to shape our climate future? And what does it look like when communities hold real power?

Join us for a full day of conversations, workshops, connection, strategy, and collective imagination exploring the frontiers of climate justice, from defending science and confronting misinformation to community-led governance, Indigenous knowledge, land, AI, mutual aid, philanthropy, and more.

Come meet the people building what comes next.

Climate justice needs more than a seat at the table. It needs the power to shape what happens next.

Nuestras islas no están en venta. 🌊 ✊🏽

Our islands are not for sale. 🌊 ✊🏽

From Albania to Puerto Rico, communities are organizing to defend their territories against displacement, privatization, and development models that threaten to transform our coasts and communities without us. What can we learn from struggles taking place on the other side of the world?

Join us for Revolution Flamenco: Lessons for Island and Land Defenders, part of our Archipelagos in Resistance series, a space to learn from the experience of Revolution Flamenco in Albania, share strategies, and connect with struggles across borders.

Because while our contexts may be different, many of the threats we face are strikingly similar. And our strategies of resistance can come together, learn from one another, and grow stronger.

🔥 The land is not for sale. We defend it.
