It was a phenomenal day. So great to meet so many beautiful people in one day…I am humbled and incredibly inspired by the experience. Energized and thrilled to create ✍🏽📃 @icecreamsocial.art @garciasatthecap @capitoltheatre This was magical! You are appalreciated by @aceochoa

To live is to honor memories and to open yourself to the spirits and souls we loved and lost, La familia and I celebrate Día De Los Murtos with an altar we build together. The air hums with incense, flicker of candle light, and questions from the boys of pictures of people they may not rember or knew. The line between what is real and what lingers beyond begins to fade. It’s not just a feeling. It’s a truth.

This moment All Souls deserve a memory a bridge. Ancestors come back. They gather. They eat. They share. We feel their presence. The memories come alive. It’s a connection. A return. A chance to honor those who walked before us.

So let us welcome the presence. Let us hold the space. Because every voice, every story, matters. This night it changes everything especially the vibrancy of the man I called Papa. by @aceochoa

HUMAN MADE PUPPET MASTER 🪡

Halloween. Family edition. Backyard built. All heart, all hands.

We skipped the AI and went old-school to show the kids what real creativity feels like. Getting into character together was the best part.

Puppet Master duties at Kings Theatre 🎃
Another Trunk or Treat success! Huge shoutout to the King Street PTA for putting on such an incredible event. The turnout was amazing … loved seeing all the kids’ creative costumes and the parents who went above and beyond with their trunks.
Love this community!

If you haven’t explored Georgian food yet…do it.

I’m talking GEORGIA the country. Imeruli khachapuri fresh out of the oven with that melted cheese pull, juicy khinkali you have to eat with your hands, smoky eggplant rolls, lobio, churchkhela... every dish is comfort, spice, and soul at the same time. Super kid friendly or at least my kids loved it!

Incredibly delicious doesn’t even cover it. Find a Georgian spot near you and go hungry. You will not regret it.

Great way to end a birthday with the family. Spent the evening in a stunning cathedral for a candlelight concert…a string quartet @highlinequartet playing our favorite Halloween-inspired music. Highly recommend checking out @candlelight.concerts if you get the chance. The quartet was spectacular and had us all completely entranced. by @aceochoa

To celebrate my birthday, I wanted nothing more than time with one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever been given my love.
Planned the whole day around us. Art, nature, a good meal, just enjoying being together.
It was the perfect day date. Because if I could be gifted anything, it would be the ability to see herself through my eyes.
Only then would she realize just how special she is to me. Celebrate life…Grateful…Love to live and live to love.

GRAND RISING
My Daily Front Load …before the world gets me, I get me.

MOVE the body, wake it up, shake last night off.
CALM the mind, breathe, center, lead from clarity.
EXERT the energy, dump the anxiety, earn the dopamine.
OVERCOME the weight, mental + physical, I don’t carry it into my day.

I front load so I can present the best version of myself all day long.

Discipline > Motivation. Always.

20 pull-ups. Not for show but for proof.
Proof that the work works when no one’s watching.
And proof of what happens when you surround yourself with people who pull you up…literally and mentally.
Grateful for the crew that pushes, checks in, and doesn’t let you settle. Show up for yourself and I promise you will see the reward…

A little over a month ago Coco came home and infused our house with pure excitement!
Today was a first for all of us…doggy beach day! Watching these three run free, splash, and just be dogs 😂 was everything.
So grateful for this little pack and for many more adventures ahead!

Introducing Coco…officially fur fam!
We brought her home from @pawscrossedny and haven’t left each other’s side since. She’s sweet, she’s smart, and she completely saved us from that gap in the family.
Found out she shares a birthday with our lucky number 7, so we knew she was ours.
Here’s to a lifetime of walks, cuddles, and treats. by @aceochoa
