Take a walk with us through Acepados in August.
The earth has turned golden beneath the summer sun. The olive trees cast their shadows across the hills, while their branches carry the green fruit of a harvest still to come.
As we walk, the white cortijo appears between the trees. Beyond it, the small vineyard follows the contours of the land, surrounded by an organic mountain olive grove that changes with every season.
None of this is simply a backdrop.
These trees are cared for throughout the year. Their olives will be harvested and transformed into oil, continuing a story that begins outside the house and eventually reaches the table.
This is what makes staying at Acepados different. You do not simply look out over the countryside. You wake up inside a living private estate, walk through it and become part of its rhythm.
Space. Silence. Nature. Time.
This is not the view.
This is the estate.

Our second harvest is on its way.

These Petit Verdot grapes are ripening in the small vineyard at Acepados, under the summer sun and surrounded by the quiet landscape of the Extremaduran dehesa.

They will become the second edition of Lillac Wine: a very limited production, born from our land and from the unhurried rhythm of life at the estate.

There is still time, care and the harvest ahead. But the story of our next bottle has already begun.

—

Some places are remembered for the way they look. Others, for the way they sound.
There is now a new note at Acepados: our upright piano is available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
For an unhurried afternoon, an intimate celebration, or one of those spontaneous moments that becomes part of the memory.
Because Acepados is not simply somewhere to stay. It is yours to live in.

Trailer Ara & Sjors 🎬

Our first red wine is coming.
The vineyard has grown, the grapes have been harvested, and our first young red wine is now in the winery.
Soon, guests at Acepados will be able to taste a wine born from this land, this light, and this slow rhythm of the countryside.
A new experience is about to begin.
