It’s a pretty cool life ngl! If you’re Dutch, come see me in action on Thursday shooting @goodhealth.goodwealth at @ekko.nl in Utrecht! #goodhealthgoodwealth #concerts #concertphotography #musicphotography #nikon by @acetivist

So I’m gonna need @iamdesrocs back in front of my lens asap. Come back to Europe mate 😤

🪩 @goodhealth.goodwealth supporting Big Special in Antwerp and Paris! Loads of headline shows coming up in the Netherlands and the UK, so grab some tix to see all this in front of your eyes instead of your phone screen 😉

Managed to catch @goodhealth.goodwealth at two of their shows with @bigspecial_ over the past week. They’ve just brought out their new album, so obviously I had to hear some new tunes live asap!

Will be posting some shots from the shows tomorrow, but meanwhile enjoy some preshow snaps from Antwerp and a few shots I’ll call ‘who needs a tour bus when you’ve got a Mini Cooper’ 🚙

Actually there was no shower at the venue so idk why he was half naked lmao #desrocs #rock #concerts #livemusic by @acetivist

Scroll to 20 if you wanna see a rat in a dark alley 🐀🖤

🎸 @iamdesrocs rocking @clubgretchen in Berlin! They added some pillars to fortify the roof of the venue before Des Rocs’s arrival, which was just as well since he nearly tore the place down.

Photoset feat. @pfrrmusic looking majestic af and @williamjtully looking like a kicked puppy because his bestie forgot to give him a shoutout 😔

The mighty @iamdesrocs once again conquered @melkwegamsterdam! Thankfully the city of Amsterdam anticipated his arrival and made sure there was enough power on the electricity net this time. This was one of my favourite shows ever and it was super special I got to capture it. 📷 I started doing concert photography a few months after the last time I saw him and have been kicking myself for not getting a camera sooner. Des Rocs shows are so high energy and visually appealing, they’re really fun to shoot!

Photos for Berlin and Hamburg will be up soon!

@goodhealth.goodwealth at @mistyfieldsfestival. So good to see them again! If you haven’t seen it yet, they’re playing @ekko.nl in Utrecht on November 5th and they told me they specifically wanna meet all my Dutch friends. So if you’re free that night, get yourself a ticket and come hang out!

@goodhealth.goodwealth at their first European festival! Honoured they chose my country for it, even though it was the other side of the country. More photos and videos upcoming, but figured these two deserved their own post!

What an incredible 2 weeks this WorldPride has been! It all started off with a Pride Walk and Pride market. Had some really good conversations and gave a lot of people more information about asexuality. Then came the @aspec_nederland opening event, where I got to know a lot of (international) aces. The Canal Parade on the @cocnld boat was amazing too! Saw half of my activist queer friends there and the other half at @alokvmenon that night.

The highlight of this Pride was no doubt the Ace Talks conference that I organised with @aspec_nederland. Aspec people from all over Europe came to Amsterdam specifically for this event. I’m super proud how the day and the programme turned out. Every speaker had a different expertise or type of activism, so we had a really varied and interesting programme.

I also did 2 panels at the @worldprideconference.amsterdam about the A in ‘the invisible +, and about conversion practices on asexual people. Finally we had the WorldPride March, where I had to say goodbye to all the international people who had come over for the week. 😢 It’s been super special getting to meet so many amazing people from the asexual community and seeing how much @aseksualiteit @aspec_nederland and all of our incredible volunteers have been able to organise. Special shoutout to @missmies89 and @theyasminbenoit for all the collaborations! 🖤🩶🤍💜

Here’s some snapshots from some of the events in no particular order!
