As we continue the journey towards bringing Aavse Jamva to audiences, we're proud to share our latest poster, accompanied by a glimpse of an original track created for the film.

A story about family, love, memory, and the conversations we leave unfinished.

We're currently exploring festival opportunities before announcing our release plans, but we can't wait to share more with you soon.

For some channels that number may seem small.

For an independent film made with passion, limited resources, favours, belief, and a group of people who simply wanted to tell a story...

it means everything ❤️

When we made Rock Your Body, there were no guarantees, no big marketing budgets, and no roadmap.

Just a group of people willing to take a chance on a story.

To everyone who watched, shared, commented, supported, criticised, encouraged, or recommended the film to someone else...

Every single view represents a person who gave our work their time.

And that's something we'll never take for granted.

A very special one.

Henry Churney @hcbluenose1 — actor, stand-up comedian, author, and founder of Laugh For Life Comedy — reflecting on his experience working on Rock Your Body and sharing some beautiful takeaways from the journey.

What makes Henry truly special isn’t just his talent as a performer…
it’s the warmth, honesty, kindness, and humanity he brings into every space he enters.

An amazing artist.
But even more importantly, a wonderful human being.

It was genuinely an honour and privilege to work with you — and thank you again for trusting the process, supporting independent filmmaking, and also saying yes to a small role in Butternut ❤️🎬

I honestly tried cutting this interview into shorter parts… but every section carried something meaningful 😄

A small but very important pickup shoot for Aavse Jamva. Shot on glorious Bank Holiday weekend as we all enjoyed 33 degrees (mostly!)

One scene.
One greenscreen.
A lot of problem solving

What I love about independent filmmaking is how people step in wherever needed to help bring a moment to life.

Massive shout out to our brilliant crew — Sinni, Sonali, Nisha, Niko & Jimmy — for helping make this shoot happen with creativity, patience, and good energy throughout.

Sometimes the smallest scenes quietly carry the biggest emotional weight in a film.

And now… back to the edit room.

Arpan (Dev) and Ashish (Tino) sharing their experience of working with the production for the very first time stepping into filmmaking, discovering the process, and finding confidence within the chaos of creating something together.

One of the most rewarding things as a filmmaker is watching people slowly grow into the world of the film and surprise themselves along the way.

And honestly… that’s exactly what happened here.

Their energy, honesty, humour, and willingness to trust the process brought something very real to these characters.

Shot in india - Aarti Japal (Nita), Snehal Jaypal (Ramesh), and our production sound recordist Amit Parmar speaking about the story, the atmosphere on set, and their experience being part of this journey.

What makes independent filmmaking special is when every department from performance to sound becomes emotionally connected to the story being told.

And somewhere between the laughter, long days, conversations, and creative chaos… this film slowly became something very personal for all of us.

Grateful for the honesty, warmth, and passion everyone brought into this process.

Another glimpse into the making of Butternut.

May Daley and Ismail Patel speaking about their experience working with Joy as a director — the process, the atmosphere on set, and the emotional honesty behind the film.

One thing I’ve always believed is that performances grow strongest when actors feel safe enough to explore, collaborate, and trust the space around them.
