Organically grown and straight from our campus garden to the table.Do you have a desire to get your hands in the dirt, learn about urban farming, explore environmental issues, or discover sustainable ways to serve your community?Consider minoring in Environmental Justice and Sustainability at Bennett College.This new minor represents a growing opportunity for Black women to lead in areas such as environmental law, public policy, community development, political advocacy, sustainable agriculture, theology, and social justice.Environmental stewardship is about more than protecting the earth. Today, we say goodbye and thank you to our South African Fulbright FLTA, Snothando Ngcobo! Sno has been an outstanding professor of Zulu, an active and passionate member of the Green Team, and a beloved Bennett community member. We are so grateful that she spent a year with us here at Bennett, and we wish her all the best as she leaves to return home to South Africa!
