Another great day for an open house! Swing by later today and check out this rambler in Edmonds. This house is in a great location near schools, shops, golf course and minutes from Downtown Edmonds. For the right buyer, this house offers long term development potential! Come check it out!

Getting the outfit ready for the start of the 2026-2027 season, which kicks off tomorrow! Excited to be going into my third season coaching at the high school level. This season will be a little more special for me as I have the privilege to coach at my alma mater, O’Dea High School. I’m eager to learn and grow as a coach. Grateful for the opportunity!

Good luck to all of the programs, coaches, players and staff as you get going tomorrow.

G, all I can say is thank you! Thank you for giving me the privilege to coach you over the last 9 years. From t-ball, to little league, to select. It has been the biggest joy to see you grow on and off the field. Unfortunately our journey together has come to an end. It is time for you to move on and go learn new things, new experiences. I will miss being out on the field with you as you move onto high school, but know that I will be watching and cheering you on louder than anyone else! I love you! I’m proud of you! I’m thankful! And I can’t wait to see what you do next in this game! Keep working 9! The best is yet to come! ⚾️ 👦🏻 9️⃣ taken in Magnolia Playground by @acjaimes

Eme and her team experienced their first out of state tournament this past weekend in Stockton, CA. A championship was not accomplished at this tournament, but the girls came away with something more valuable after this tourney. They come home with more experience, understanding what top level competition looks like, some humble pie, and growth. These girls and this team will be better for this, the growth that will take place will be what matters most in the long run.

And if you are wondering, the girls went 2-4, lost first game in the bottom of the last inning. Otherwise, we are looking at a 3-3 record, not bad for some kiddos from Washington going up against California girls.

As for Eme, she continued to do her thing and went out and competed. She led off the tournament with her team’s first hit, double to left field. You can hear her sister pumping her up!!

Watching her go out and compete and give her best effort was pure joy to see. When you aren’t coaching and just watching from the lense of a parent, it’s something that just hits differently. Good job Eme, it really brings us the most joy to watch you do your thing! Keep grinding and working. And good job to the squad!! Thank you coaches as well! #kbfastpitch 🥎 👧🏻 💪🏼 #17 taken in Arnaiz Softball Stadium by @acjaimes

Our boys came out today and competed! We went 5-0 and took the trophy!! Proud of the work these boys have been putting together the last couple of months. They are growing and learning what it takes to grind and give effort! We just build and continue to stack W’s! 🏆 🏈 🩵 🩷 🖤 #wmdmavericks #northend taken in Bothell, Washington by @acjaimes

Can’t believe it’s been 8yrs since you left us. Seems like yesterday when we were all together with you holding your hand during your last breath. I know you are watching over us everyday and in our hearts, but what really bums me out though is that you aren’t here to see these three beautiful and amazing kiddos grow. What I would give to have you spend one day with all of them together. I have no doubt that would be your favorite day ever. I am thankful for you, grateful for you, and proud to be your son. I miss you and love you pops! Enjoy some tequila up there today!
