Day 132 post ACLR + Microfracture Recovery has not been going as planned. Happy I’m getting the help I need and must stay tough trough this. Early issues post-op were: - slow flexion: stuck at 80, then 95, now 125. - swelling that wont settle - catching (new this month) This is going to be a loooong journey but God just give me skiing and running back and I’ll be happy 😂😭 #acl #aclrecovery #korsbandsskada #aclrehab slowrecovery by @aclvicki

Day 79* post ACLR + Microfracture Will the swelling and thickness in the knee ever dissapear? Every step I take is with awareness and feels like the joints are pushing through thick cotton.
