Unboxing the new white chocolate strawberry flavor from @nespressousa . So far I’ve tried it iced and I absolutely love it. I’m not going to lie, I was worried because I normally do not like chocolate in my coffee. But I don’t taste chocolate at all. Just a faint hint of strawberry. I still have to try it hot. But so far I think I need to order more!! I also ordered my new favorite pod the oatly collab. I think I’ve gone through 6 sleeves of this or more 🤣🤣.

Are you trying this new flavor??? 🍓

Happy Tuesday babes! It’s been a busy one and I’m first posting my iced coffee/breakfast shake. If you tweak the premiere protein shake, it tastes so much better!
I use @traderjoes coconut cold brew
@premierprotein cafe latte shake
Just plain half and half
🧊 stir and enjoy!!!

What’s your go to breakfast when it’s the summer?

There’s no time in the day I love more than walking with my girl. All my worries fade away and I just naturally smile. Walking her little walk. Smelling all the flowers. Stopping to get pets from strangers. Living exactly in the moment.

My life was saved the day I took peanut home. I’m forever grateful to my sister for allowing me to honor her by loving peanut so much. Some days I wonder if I do enough. Am I a good enough dog mom? Is she happy? Does she have fun? Is she lonely?

But then I see her sleeping so peaceful and see that there is a god, because he created these angels. She is content.

I hope if you have a fur baby you cherish every day with them. I hope you slow down and play with them. I hope you know you’re their everything. They are in our world and that is both scary and beautiful. Include them in your plans. Take them places. Don’t leave them often. They aren’t here a long time. Let’s make sure we make the most of it.

Brb crying 😭 lol ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was a super busy Tuesday. Doctors appointments with my mom. I got my flu shot. Shopping at sketchers and @target .

I’m a zero calorie or zero sugar beverage girlie! So if it’s new I’m buying it all 😂😂. It’s definitely helped me go down 70+ pounds.

Have you been to target lately? taken in New York, New York by @acoffeedivanyc

Happy Sunday friends. It’s a very dark and rainy day here in New York. I’m so tired today. I will share my shopping haul during the week. But let’s at least post this beautiful picture when the weather was pretty.

Taking advantage of this weather with a nap asap ❤️.

I may have forgotten to take more pics of my meals lol. Here are some I did have.

Are we cooking this weekend or is it takeout? I have leftovers tonight and then I have to plan what to make this weekend.

Happy hump day friends! It’s a gorgeous day and week in New York so I’m loving having my coffee outside.

Out for a walk with peanut and then it’s time for another cafe ☕️. Do you like to have your coffee outside where you live?
