Berlin-based visual artist, VJ and light designer with a background in scenography for theatre and cinema from the Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan.

His visual language draws inspiration from nature, combined with a minimalist aesthetic of lines and scattered shapes.

For METANOIA, his light design sculpts the atmosphere, revealing space, bodies and movement as fragments of a shared transformation. by @aconitevj

I’m very pleased to introduce you my last project “Anthemis”.
Coming from the ancient Greek language, Anthemis is the scientific name for small wild flowers, aromatic plants with daisy like heads and perfect disk flowers.
They are to found at first in the wilderness, later in our garden.

This peace of art came to life as I noticed how beautifully Riccardo @aconitevj filmed me and my stage partner Evelyn, during a live performance of our flying pole act at the Katapult cabaret evening.
Riccardo , a talented video art maker in fashion, music and dance, was inspired by my pole artistry and the heart full music of Sacha Hladiy @sachahladiy .
For the purpose of this video, he brought me to the unique and striking experience to perform in the deep forest.

I am so grateful for this beautiful collaboration and wish you much pleasure by watching.✨

ACONITE aka Riccardo Bernardi is a Berlin-based visual artist/VJ, filmmaker and light designer. He started working as set designer after his degree in scenography for theatre and cinema at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan in 2006. His vision is inspired by nature, mixed with a minimalist aesthetic of lines and scattered shapes.
