Inside our latest team flip in Porter Ranch. 🏡🔨

This project is a little different. Instead of just taking down another property, members of the Acquire’d team came together to analyze the deal, make sure the numbers made sense, pool capital, and take on the flip together.

We’re still a few weeks away from the finished product, but we opened up the project to our community of real estate agents, investors, lenders, and industry partners for an inside look at the renovation and how Acquire’d approaches a fix-and-flip opportunity.
