What an absolutely amazing gig with @ericalinz and @chikokoclothing ! Creating this act was fun and challenging. I got to venture out and do a bit of character work. Thanks to all the people involved on the Chikoko team and Erica for choreographing such a fun amazing piece. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we enjoyed performing it!

When @archiecollier06 calls you out and challenges you to double fulls, you HAVE to deliver. Babes, these were not the cleanest we’ve ever done, HOWEVER the amount of attempts and my inner thighs could not withstand the reps😂🔥🥵 but hey, 7 doubles is not too shabby I don’t think. You got 8 Skids?

Thank you @jackcatherton & @acroairlines for taking on this challenge with me and dancing the line of burnout🫣 you guys are the best (EVERYONE say happy birthday to @jackcatherton !!!)

Thank you to @its.a.long.st0ry for spotting, @acrojames for helping keep us on track by counting and telling me to go lol, and @nickyfaubert for 🎥

PS- after 5 I literally could not see straight and was just going by feel at the point😂😵‍💫

Doesn’t matter how you get to the top as long as you get there

So I was talking to @ryderwarbrick about “Dwarf Tossing” and he said he was down. We went over to the foam pit and I said we should do it at the ground level. He said: “I’d rather do it from that wall!” So @jackcatherton Ryder and I all scaled that wall and two reps later, Ryder did a DOUBLE!!! Ryder picked up everything we threw at him so quick it was awesome getting to work with him. Hope to do it again soon! #dwarftoss #dwarves #acrobatics #circus taken in Las Vegas Circus Center by @acroairlines

I’ve watched @ryderwarbrick at @micromaniatour a couple of times now. He’s crazy athletic. So the last time I went I asked him if he’d like to try some acrobatics and he KILLED IT! Great job today bro! @jackcatherton and I throwing and lots of spots keeping everyone safe! This was so great for Ryders’s 4th rep!

We had a blast teaching at @coloradoacrofest. While prepping curriculum for our intensive this sequence rolled out really organically. (Ryan is always cool about getting behind an Erica artsy process, which helps lots.). This day, the pieces felt like they were lying around to be found, & literally went with the song that was playing in the gym.
.
We were stoked, and it was perfect for our class. We taught all these skills (and more) but spent time on “Musicality for human acrobats”. An idea that you don’t need to have a dance background to be interesting.
An 8 count for an arm stroke/grip prep, a 4 count for a leg pet and boom.
Characters and relationship established. 💣
.
CO intensive students: Here’s the sequence again with music if you want to keep exploring! We loved working with yooooooou.
