THRESHOLDS has taken Seattle by storm. Audiences say: “better than Cirque du Soleil. An unbelievably talented troupe of aerialists.” You heard it here first. And they all have roots in the PNW, except for our incredible circus jill of all trades Mariia Tanitsoi, who joins us from Ukraine. We’re honored to present her and this dream team of circus performers. Video by @wittypixel_productions and audio by Bemya Nymh. Check the bio for link. taken in 12th Avenue Arts by @acrobaticconundrum

Really feeling the threshold of this new season we are entering 🍂🍁 and the beginnings of a new project for January 2027. It can feel… interesting stepping over that threshold to something new… hard even when you don’t know what’s on the other side.

So it only makes sense to do a little throw back to our Vol. 9 show, Thresholds! This 2022 project was full of incredible creatives and a world where doorways were open to all kinds of ideas. 🚪

Performers:
@thekidontherope
@pj.perryalist
@dreamefrohe
@needleandpine
@leahvjonesuphigh
@cirquemusings
@guppygbby
@curtissemma
@dancingivy14

Production:
@max.sarkowsky
@bbartlgeller
@stellamadella
@the.wandering.smith

📸And the BIGGEST thank you to @sanderlingphotography for truly capturing the essence of this show! You are such a commited creative and your work is simply sublime! 📸

Part 2 of the incredible @dicairemarieeve in her winter ascent.

Such a beautiful image, a triumph in the snow during the pandemic. Can’t believe it’s been 6 years.
More art, more better.

I’m blown away by how many noms the Circus of Second Chances is up for, it feels just awesome. I love our show so much and I love this act so much, what a dream. So lucky to work with such amazing people on truly rewarding projects!

Here’s a clip of my last run of this piece at the @albertacircusarts festival up in Canada. Probably our best run yet.

What are we gonna do tonight, Brain?
Same thing we do every night, Pinky…try to take over the world!

Just kidding. But we are going to work on a new project, which will most certainly take over OUR world! Can’t wait to start sinking our teeth into it and let y’all know how it develops! Stay tuned, show opens in January ⛄️
