I can't believe it's already been 5 years...

Dad,

I miss you.
I miss your random calls and texts just checking in,
Calling me bu-bu and miho all the time.
I miss the little ways you'd embarrass me but I know it was always because you were so proud.
I miss the way you'd use me to flirt with younger women and always put me on the spot to play music for people.
I miss having you as my biggest fan and always supporting my art.
I miss the way you'd talk about someone you just met like they were your best friend and that you could be so open to people and connections.
It's so strange not being able to share things with you because I really does feel like yesterday that we were talking or getting ready for beardfest.
And I love that my friends loved you and you them. And even when I would be gone, to know that you would be hanging out with all my festival family on a regular basis.

Dad, you weren't the best dad growing up BUT, you really did become the best dad when I finally became an adult.
I appreciate you so much.

So I had one short evening in Prague to myself before leaving Czech, and a good friend of mine, who I haven't seen in a while, said his favorite thing to do here in this "city of towers" is just to get lost.

No destination, no map, and no plan other than going with the flow by purely being in the moment.

Follow your instincts and just go.

So that's exactly what I did... 🙃

Manual Monday 💙

Foot to hand can be challenging the the base’s wrist so before trying standing foot to hand, make sure you feel comfortable in L-base foot to hand.

The more the flyer understands how to help the base by pointing the feet and squeeze their legs together the better for the base’s wrist 😉

PS: give love to your base’s wrist with a little massage after the practice.

A most precious moment from yesterday's adventure with @nepaskenduole ✨️

I have always loved playing music in nature. To listen to the sounds in between the silence and respond in kind, with a beating heart and curious mind.

In my experience, birds are usually the one's that are the most playful and interested in the music but I've always wondered what would happen if I could play for different animals.

There were maybe close to 100 deer in this sanctuary and it was these two beauties that wanted to play and listen.

Very grateful for this moment ☺️
