Epic rigging job and absolutely amazing day with some of my favorite people. I told @sagelysight and @draven.daydreams that I had a vision of hanging a lyra in front of a waterfall in one of my favorite places and they said sure, no prob! 😂💕 by @acrobirdnerd

11 years ago I tried acroyoga and it changed my life. I’m so grateful for the community and confidence I’ve built since that first intro class at Pipeworks. It was the place where fear and trepidation was met with encouragement and support. Never in my life did I think I would be upside down on someone else’s feet or hands. I was mesmerized by the people around me and the things I became capable of. It was invigorating and quickly became a large part of my life.

I’ve been struggling with a wrist injury for over two years and have been very restricted with access to acroyoga. I always want to do something to celebrate my acroversary, but usually run out of time. But not this year thanks to @acro_chimp and @acrobirdnerd. Thank you for lifting me up!!! #acroyoga #acroyogalife #acroyogalove #acroyogafun #sacramentoacro taken in WAL Public Market by @acrobirdnerd
