Really stoked to have diamadovs starting to feel cleaner and more consistent! Grateful to have @mat.the.human under me and encouraging me to always be my best, and to always strive for better. β™₯️ Thanks to @acrogrip for having the best chalk around and giving me the confidence in my grip. Thanks @maxlibbrecht for filming by @acrolorynne
Pushed myself to try something new and flew to Winnipeg to learn how to high dive. Massive thanks to @dallasludwick for the incredible coaching and this awesome opportunity! I had a really incredible week of training alongside some pretty incredible athletes, and I am beyond grateful to have learned so many new things in such a short timespan. I am incredibly proud of myself for pushing myself physically and mentally, and stoked to see where this goes in the future! by @acrolorynne
Just a few of my personal highlights from our show this weekend. . Words can not describe what an incredible experience this was. If you told me a few years ago that Matt and I would be co producing a full length group acrobatics show together, I wouldn't have believed you. . "Parallels" premiered this weekend, and I am so proud of all the work we put into making this show happen. A huge shoutout to everyone involved, and many thanks to Canada Council for The Arts for making this possible. This whole show was an absolute blast, and we learned lots along the way. 70 minutes of group acrobatics and sweat. A lot of sweat and love was put into this show, and proud is an understatement. A huge thanks to those who came and to anyone who messaged me on the day with all their support. β™₯️ If you haven't checked it out yet, @shapeofcircus is our little contemporary circus company. Give us a follow if you want to support us and learn more about what we're up to. πŸŽͺπŸŽŸπŸŽ‰ Onwards and upwards. Together with time. β™₯️ by @acrolorynne

The sunsets here have been absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't miss the opportunity to film with these views. πŸ“·: @mistym01 by @acrolorynne
Tour earlier this summer. πŸŽͺ work hard play hard and couldn't have asked for a better cast to work alongside. Very grateful for everyone here and all the memories we made. πŸŽͺ Instagram says I've maxxed out on tagging, so if I missed you I'm sorry! by @acrolorynne
Found a moment in between shows today to be on my hands. Immensly grateful for the opportunity to be performing in the middle of the redwoods only accessible by train. And grateful for these peaceful moments in the forest in between shows. by @acrolorynne

Reminiscing about our show "Monday" from back in March. Looking forward to seeing where this show takes us in future renditions. πŸ“·: by the incredibly talented @millissamartinphotography by @acrolorynne
I have been sitting on this a few weeks now. Reflecting back on the process, with the immense highs, long hours, and the challenges that came along with it. Despite all that, it was amazing! And it wouldn't have been possible without the help from so many people. Every person who came to the show, each of our volunteers, the lovely people who donated to the show, our sponsors, and the cast we had who gave life to our idea and executed it on stage. Not a bad spot to hang out while waiting for our laundry at the laundromat. Also is it still a canadian tuxedo if the denim are 2 different shades? @mat.the.human by @acrolorynne
