Worth the wait. 🔥

Always great hearing from customers after the install, especially when the finished result looks this good.

Our customer John received his ACS C8 Z06 / E-Ray E-Brake Caliper Covers in Edge Red and sent us these shots with his ForgeLite wheels.

“It was a wait from the June pre-order till now, but like all GOOD things in life… they are worth the wait.”

Fit, finish, and color look right at home beside the factory Z06 braking system.
And an added bonus here — two great companies represented on one incredible C8 Z06.

Red Mist on a Callaway C8 already gets your attention… then you start noticing the ACS pieces.

- 5VM Splitter
- 5VM Splitter Undertray
- 1VM Rockers
- Front + Rear C8 Rockguards

The part I like most about this setup is that nothing looks added on. The splitter, rockers and guards all follow the factory body lines, and that black against Red Mist is

And yes we put this one up on the ramps at Corvettes at Carlisle so you can actually see what’s happening underneath.
Swipe through. Photo 3 might be my favorite.

A quick update on our C8 caliper covers. The parts are moving through powder coating, with painting up next. We know you’ve been waiting, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this final stage. We’ll share another update as soon as we have a firm shipping timeline.

Mike B. sent us these photos after Corvettes at Carlisle, and we had to share them.

We worked his C8 into the install schedule at Carlisle and added diffuser inserts, Z06-style rockers and our e-brake caliper cover.

The car was already equipped with our High Wing Spoiler and 5VM Front Splitter, so it was great seeing the whole package come together.

Mike’s note after the show:

“Really appreciate you working us in for our installs. Great products and absolutely love the way car looks! Getting lots of compliments.”

Thanks, Mike. We appreciate the support and the photos.

Which upgrade stands out the most to you?

ACS Z06 Rock Guards installed at Carlisle on Jeff’s Roswell Green Z06.
A clean, subtle upgrade that helps protect the widebody from road spray and debris without taking away from the look of the car.

Roswell Green really makes the details pop.

Corvettes at Carlisle 2026 — we’re coming back.

ACS Composite will be at Corvettes at Carlisle August 27–29, 2026, with our installation crew and a large selection of C7 and C8 Corvette parts.

We’ll be performing on-site installations throughout the show, including aero components, rock guards, side rockers, splitters, diffuser components, caliper covers and more.

Find the ACS Install Tent at U 1-5.
The easiest way to reach us: enter at Gate 3, go straight in and look for the tall black ACS flags at the foot of the hill.

Installation space is limited, so if there’s something you already know you want installed, contact us ahead of the show and we’ll help get you scheduled.

C8 E-Brake Caliper Cover Update

A few important updates from ACS:

Z06 / E-Ray Version Update
We’re moving forward with the Z06 / E-Ray e-brake caliper cover version and sharing the latest production details.

Edge Red Production Upgrade
We made a production change to improve the Edge Red finish and get the color closer to the factory GM caliper appearance. We’re now working through the updated production run and filling open orders.

Not sure which caliper color or brake package your C8 has?
We also show you how to check your Corvette’s factory option codes so you can confirm exactly how your car was built before ordering.

If you’re ordering C8 brake accessories, taking a minute to verify your option codes can save a lot of guesswork.

One stop. One revolution.

Fred stopped by ACS Composite and drove away with a completely updated C7 Corvette.

Build list included

* ZR1 Splitter
* Five7 Grille with LED Lighting
* Z06 Rockers
* Wickers
* Rear Diffuser
* XL Fender Extensions
* Rear Quarter Extensions

Before sending him on the road home, we couldn’t resist giving it a proper wash. A build this clean deserved to leave looking its absolute best.

Thank you, Fred, for trusting ACS Composite after your disappointing experience with Alibaba Motorsports. We’re grateful for the opportunity to earn your business and show you what quality, fit, and customer service should be.

Enjoy the drive home, and welcome to the ACS Composite family.
