This two-day programme provides insights and strategies that will help you reflect, refocus, rebuild, re-energise and move forward with your life following a cancer diagnosis. It is available to those diagnosed as well as friends, family and carers, at any stage of the cancer journey.

Regular breast self-checks only take a few minutes and can help you spot changes early. Get into the habit of checking your breasts once a month and remember, if you notice anything unusual, speak to your GP.
