If you've just discovered Action Model or one of our products, we know understanding our whole ecosystem and vision can be confusing. So here's 60 second breakdown to make it easier for you to understand.

Firstly Action Model is the world's first community-owned Large Action Model. An AI model that's owned by the people who use it, and is trained on Actions; like clicks, workflows, sequences - not just words like Large Language Models.

We also have 3 main products: ActionFi, Actionist and our browser extension.

The main thing you need to know is we reward users for their contribution to training our AI model, and we believe at the heart of everything we do that AI should be owned by the people who use it. Not just a few billionaires at the top.

The first AI layoffs may not look like layoffs at all 👇

Sometimes, the job simply never gets posted.

Research from the Dallas Fed found early signs that job postings for more AI-exposed roles are already falling relative to less-exposed positions.

No dramatic announcement.
No termination email.

Just fewer opportunities opening up.

And that matters most for the people trying to get in: recent graduates, career changers and first-time applicants.

AI can make businesses more productive. But if that productivity means fewer new jobs, the value created cannot flow only to employers and shareholders.

AI could become more powerful than the humans building it. Now, two US lawmakers want to ban that possibility entirely.

Bernie Sanders and Rep. Greg Casar have proposed banning artificial superintelligence, pausing advanced AI development until federal safety rules exist, and creating a Department of AI to oversee the industry.

The proposal raises a bigger question:

Should a handful of private companies decide how powerful AI become and control what it means for everyone else?

AI isn’t replacing every worker equally.

For some young workers, the shift may already be showing up at the very start of their careers.

Stanford researchers found that employment among workers aged 22–25 in highly AI-exposed jobs was around 19% below its comparative trajectory.
That matters because entry-level jobs are more than a paycheck.

They’re where people learn.
Build experience.
Develop skills.
And earn their way to the next opportunity.

If AI changes the first rung of the career ladder, the answer can’t just be telling young people to compete harder with the technology.

There’s another possibility:
What if they had a stake in it?

What if the people who help train, shape, and improve AI could participate in the value it creates?

AI could unlock enormous productivity.
