Struggling at the moment, used to love being on my phone. Loved helping people and being genuinely supportive to so many people. Like many I’m struggling with this world and so many horrible things happening to people. I know I can’t control how the world is shown on social media.
I honestly get anxious about so many things. I will interact with and follow a handful of people. The accounts I feel safe following at the moment. Leaving anything that causes me more anxiety and use the time to do something about my mental and physical well being.

Putting my foot down .. nope 👎 phone down for at least a week .

Mainly fb where I’m doom scrolling and stressing myself out .

Think I need to ward my energy as anxiety 😟 especially health anxiety 😟 is getting me down.

Need to clear and dress a few rooms for Autumn 🍂

Also allow myself to listen to music 🎵 and read as much as I like .

I’m stuck in such a rut again health wise.
Little vent here as I seem to be accumulating conditions and random ones flare up ⬆️ now and again.
Fibromyalgia warrior, anxiety , depression, painful joints . Menopause and crappy everything. Courses of antibiotics and I feel flat !

Need very small steps to get my energy back and take the edge off pain .

Fibromyalgia and Rose 🥀 over 5 years diagnosed officially, still struggling. Lost 😞 my way.
Currently nursing a sore head, high pain and fatigue.

I have always used this platform on and off to share highs and lows of my life.

Stepping back now for a bit longer so that I can concentrate more on my health and try again to set myself little daily challenges.

Very small steps at the moment are needed.

It’s true I’m an over thinker 🤔
Will automatically think I’ve done something wrong 😑
But I will always try and support you even when I could do with support myself.
So much overwhelms me at the moment.

Time to work on my headspace again .
