Modeling is often described as a toxic environment, yet behind the scenes there can be an incredible amount of compassion, encouragement, and people genuinely supporting one another. 🤍

Stress is practically part of the NYC lifestyle 😆 So, to bring it down a little, I’ve been using Mumu Bath’s Stress & Tension Relief Roll-On as a quick aromatherapy reset during the day.

It’s made with peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, sage, camphor, lavender and sandalwood oils. A tiny ritual won’t solve everything, but sometimes a minute to slow down makes a difference.

Spanish has been a work in progress for years — and there’s still a long way to go 😅

One of the best things about learning languages is the access they give you to different cultures, stories and ways of seeing the world.

My dad, who lives in Spain and is just as obsessed with Spanish as I am, sent me Cuentos para entender el mundo by Eloy Moreno @eloymorenoescritor . These little stories — some of which I still read with a translation nearby — feel like opening a whole new world, one page at a time. 📚
