Twosday continued:
5-mile run ✅ Posterior chain & core strength ✅
Just a little bird who believed he could crush two workouts.

Now my glutes are chirping, my abs are squawking, and I may need help getting off this perch. 😂

Two for Tuesday: double the workouts, double the endorphins. ✌️
A beautiful evening, 5 miles, and my inner Forrest Gump saying, “Just keep running.” 🏃

Lucky to be surrounded by great people and having a community created through a product we love - I love all my @shokzusa headphones and have since 2021!

Thank you @ll_cool_j2 & @keegan_breaksaway for organizing such a fun run and meetup!

And congratulations on 15 years Shokz! Happy birthday 🎂

@shokzusa connects more than headphones 🎧🧡

SO grateful for the Chicago #shokzstar community, the friendships we’ve built thanks to our favorite running headphones, and all the memories we’ve made (and have yet to make!) together. 🫶🏽🫂

Shokz turned 15 this year and to celebrate their anniversary, ambassador captains in every region are hosting community runs. Today is Chicago’s turn and @ll_cool_j2 and I hosted our first Shokz community run!

What a great turnout. A huge thank you to all 40 of you who showed up and a special thanks to the 18 Shokz Star ambassadors who came too. Great vibes all around and we ran and walked a number of 15 route #stravaart There were laughter and good conversations all around.

It was lovely to reconnect and meet new friends. Community and that’s what today’s run was all about out. It’s not a race, we are just here to bring people together for some good vibes.

Many thanks to @shokzusa for sending us vests, visors and swag to give out. They also gave us two pairs of headphones to give away and they all went to good homes!

Our gratitude again to you all. You all made this event a success. Our hearts are full.

Your Shokz Star co-captains,
🫶 Keegan & LJ

Marathon training is on pause, but apparently my core didn’t get the memo.

Midday full-body power + core session because I’m curious who I become when my workout doesn’t involve running miles.

When you’re not chasing 26.2, what keeps you moving? Heavy weights, bike rides, a new sport… or the underrated art of sitting down? 👀
