I spent a week volunteering on a farm in a small Balinese village and it was everything my soul needed 🌱🌳🤸🏻‍♀️🌼

I slowed down, connected with the Earth, learned a lot, and spent time with some wonderful people —

1 fresh picked fruit full of prana
2 planting marigold
3 surrounded by coffee plants
4 & 5 my soul sister @anggitrixy the best host, farmer, teacher, plaga loop driver and friend 💚
6 baby marigold

8 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️
9 & 10 I spent hours each day painting signs for the new garden which felt so meditative

YOGA in the park was awesome!

1. January 3rd— Lake Martin, Alabama
-First sunrise back in the US after 4 months in Asia

2. January 18th— Telluride, Colorado
-Snowboarding on lots of fresh powder

3. February 15th— Seaside, Florida
-Happy to be back living close to the bright blue Gulf water

4. April 26th— Nashville, Tennessee
-Running my first marathon

5. June 13th— somewhere over Nevada
-En route to Vegas

6. July 3rd— English Harbour, Antigua
-Fourth of July week in the islands

7. July 13th— Lake Martin, Alabama
-My favorite activity when I’m home

8. September 30th— Vis, Croatia
-🛵 best way to see an island

9. October 25th— Fayetteville, Arkansas
-Checking on my aunt’s chickens

10. November 2nd— New York City
-Cheering on my best friend @carolineweibel @carolineweibelart as she ran the NYC marathon

11. November 28th— Paris, France
-Turkey day across the pond

12. December 25th— Montgomery, Alabama
-No better place to be on Christmas Day

I owe so much of my passion for travel to @moondanceadventures and to Hayes Hitchens, whose passing last week has weighed heavy on so many hearts. He encouraged us to live in the moment — a mantra that continues to guide me from one adventure to the next.
