Hoy tuve la oportunidad de compartir rounds de sparring con Joselito Velázquez, bicampeón de los Juegos Panamericanos, representante de México en los Juegos Olímpicos de Río 2016 y boxeador con experiencia dentro del Canelo Team.

Agradecido por cada round, por el aprendizaje y por la oportunidad de medirme con un atleta de este nivel en la etapa final de mi preparación.

Muchas gracias, Joselito, y gracias a todo el equipo de JV Boxing Club por la bienvenida y por abrirme las puertas.

A much needed gentle evening detox ✨

I love trying different types of yoga - when I signed up for this I assumed “detox” would be alot of sweaty twists rinses and release - instead I received a gentle slow (but powerful) flow that ended in a sound journey. I felt so rested and reset I almost tried to sleep in the studio.

WATCH THE FULL VIDEO ! RUN TULUM is more then just a run club .. it's a whole community.

In this video you wont see a Run but different people from all around the world coming together as one big family.
