reminderrrr I know being a beginner can feel uncomfortable, scary and you might not feel ‘good enough’ but I promise whatever it is that your thinking of starting , the people you look up to who you want to be ‘just as good as’ where also in that awkward uncomfortable beginner stage but guess how they got to where they are now… by not being a 🐱 and actually sticking with it even when it’s hard and you fail a million times , progress comes with commitment and consistency !! take this as your sign to be a beginner at something again 🖤

I’ve been wanting to do a pole photo shoot for so long but kept waiting untill I was ‘good enough’ and had cooler moves to get photos of, turns out my favourite photos are actually the simplist moves or even from the floor🥹

let this be your sign to book the photoshoot if you’ve been thinking about it and I promise you’ll surprise yourself 💗

tysm @subtletee__ for capturing these gorgeous pics and creating such a safe space 🖤

my week of movement with a mix of chains, pole & gym this week🖤

I love finding new ways to move my body and chains is becoming one of my favourites although my body is absolutely battered afterwards 🥲
