It’s been almost an year now since we the indie dog caregivers have been on their toes, living a life with constant fear, a fear which has kept us awake, broken and helpless through nights, a fear of what tomorrow will brings for us and our children who are solely dependent on us, a fear of what will be in the front pages of the newspaper tomorrow, a fear of what new scandals of the societies will be covered in the name of terror of dogs, a fear of which new person is going to attack us and drag us in an argument just because they saw you giving meal to a dog that might be his only meal of the day or even worse while putting water for animals in a scorching temperature that is going up to 46-48° these days. I know all this is intentional, they are trying to make things harder everytime to reach a point where all our spirits get crushed and we step back to let whatever they want to do with our community dogs. But
Can you see the smile on my face? This is the reason why we will never back off. A broken soul with a right intention is a lot more powerful than any egoistic someone with all the ranks and status of the world.
Community dogs are part of our societies from the longest time, they are part of the nature and the only way to treat them with dignity and respect while also addressing the problems of the people is massive sterilisations and vaccinations and NOT elimination period.

They don’t rape, murder, steal or litter. They are not criminals. They are not things that can be eliminated. Stop cruelty towards them.

Their lives were never easy on the streets but due to the recent remarks and careless judgement by the SC things have gone worse for them. Reducing their population through vaccination and sterilisation is the only humane way to solve the problem.
