We heard you @mojavephonebooth and @snakeriverconspiracy fans.

Another small batch of 20 of “Blood Doctor-Volume One” blood red liquid-filled vinyl are now available.

Get it today on Bandcamp Friday - when Bandcamp waives their fees and the artist and label make a little more money from each sale.

And special thanks to @actuallypressing for creating these amazing works of art.

It’s a liquid-filled Friday here at Label 51 with the first of two limited-edition offerings for ya.

Our newest one is from “Lunar Phase” - the latest album from Deep Blue Something. The blue liquid represents the ocean tides being affected by the moon - hence “Lunar Phase.”

Though filled with new music, the songs on “Lunar Phase feel instantly familiar as the band shaped the sound to feel as if it had been recorded in 1992 - in the glory days of the jangly underground guitar bands - and when they recorded their monster hit “Breakfast At Tiffany’s.”

Take a listen -DBS is more alternative than you think.

A big THANK YOU to @actuallypressing for creating these for us! by @actuallypressing

Those that came to JC50 on June 27th may have seen this 10in. It is super special. Recently unearthed 30 years later, a tape from 1996 of maybe the first studio session @themissing23rd did. Planned for a 10in record that never happened until now! Pressed on transparent red with light smoke 10in record, limited to a press run of 150 units, only 120 made available for purchase, you don’t want to miss out on this piece of Oxnard hardcore history.

Went down a bit of a electronic based music rabbit hole today. Started off with @aphextwin.afx then rolled right into @transamband which was a great set and lead me straight into the tongue n cheek social commentary elctropunk of @bite.marx I got rudely interrupted by a client call…actually he is a good friend and I had a fun time chatting and planning their new release…so I grabbed a favorite by @theavalanches and it put me in a great mood for my sales department meeting. Afterwards I gave the D-Side a spin before grabbing the newest reissue of The Smell Of Rain, the era 2 classic industrial release by Mortiis. Damn I forget how good it is! Put on Megahammer the cyberpunk/metal outlet for @magusvrajitor which is so freaking awesome, I just might start my workday tomorrow with spinning it again! Hope your Tuesday has been good peeps and play your vinyl, play it loud. #workdaysoundtrack #analogaddict #earcandy #electromusic #playyourvinyl by @actuallypressing
