I’m finally doing an introduction of myself after studying my own content and analyzing what y’all like to see and hear from me. I’m Trisha Bell or TeaI’m a 40 year old multifaceted creative, Digital Producer for Nike, Creative Coach and Strategist, Artist Developer, Songwriter, Rapper, Creative Director/Producer, Founder and CEO of ARTSOMusic has been at the core of my life as a dancer and now a songwriter. Working out absolutely has instilled and cultivated a lot of discipline in me. I’m still a work in progress but grateful to have such a beautiful outlet while it also helps my body and mind!
