Only a few more days until @supergdrift SDC Worlds! Super excited and can’t wait to hang out with everyone and enjoy an amazing week of RC drifting. WHO’S READY FOR THE NEW ADDICTION RX-01?!

I hope you guys are as excited as I am because I seriously can’t wait to get my hands on the RX-01 and start making it my own!

For me, half the fun of a new chassis is figuring out the direction of the build—customizing it, dialing it in, and adding those personal touches that make it YOUR car.

Yesterday was the final round of the SDC season @tenhoudriftcircuit . I was able to put my HRP-5R on the top of the podium and secure TQ as well.

The MC-III has changed so much over the last 6 months, from electronics to small upgrades, and now I’ve made the switch from the @acuvance_usa Merv-era motor to the Fledge.

I know the Fledge isn’t the most popular choice, as the Agile is more widely used, but I like the smoothness the Fledge delivers, along with its newer technology. Plus, I know these motors inside and out after running several of them in other chassis.

After the first test, I felt a noticeable difference in how well the chassis drives. It now carries speed through the corners much better, and I can stay much closer in tandem runs.

I drove the Merv-era motor for 6 months, and as the other drivers became faster and improved their driving, it became harder to keep up, even with aggressive ESC tuning and timing. It’s a good and fun motor, but when you’re trying to be competitive, it’s difficult to match the pace of everyone else. That said, I know it works better in some other chassis.

One of the new bodies I plan on running this year. First car for me that’s not one solid color. Very cool in my opinion. I still need to mount it properly. I got to excited and put it on the car to see it. Can’t wait to put it on the track for the first time.
