Still trying to take it all in… What an incredible honor it is to be crowned Miss World Zambia. My heart is so full of gratitude for everyone who supported, prayed for, encouraged, and believed in me throughout this journey. Every sacrifice, every kind word, every vote, and every moment of support truly carried me here. This has been nothing but God’s grace, and I will never stop thanking Him for allowing me to live this dream. I am deeply humbled by this opportunity and promise to carry this crown with purpose, grace, humility, and pride. Yesterday wasn’t just about cancer, it was about love. It was about the people who need us here.

I watched survivors dance, not despite what they’ve been through, but because of it. I watched families walk in memory of someone they’d give anything to hold again. I watched strangers cheer each other on like old friends, united by something bigger than all of us.

Because behind every statistic is somebody’s mother. Somebody’s father. Somebody’s best friend. And behind every screening reminder is a family that just wants more time together.

Know the signs. Act early. Get screened.

Yesterday at the NCC Expo, I spoke not only as Miss World or as a medical doctor, but as a woman deeply committed to creating a Zambia where every child and every person can belong.

As the founder of the Evans Jr Foundation, I carried with me the voices of children living with disabilities and a simple message to our architects, engineers and builders: please remember them when you build.

Let’s create spaces that welcome everyone, because inclusion isn’t just about infrastructure ,it’s about dignity, belonging, and making sure no one is left behind. ❤️
