Sub 40 in the 10km 🎥🔥

I want to thank my coach and my big bro @mehdielabid4 🫂 because if he didn’t push me and stay with me during the race, I would have given up. The pain in my legs was so intense that it made me cry in the middle of the race 😢 but his support and his cheers kept me going. I will never forget that ❤️.

Sub 40 Challenge. Completed 🏁

40 minutes was the barrier.
Pain was the test ☠️.
And quitting was the easiest option.

Somewhere in the middle of the storm, when my legs were breaking and my mind was fading, @mehdielabid4 stayed there. Step for step. Word for word. He refused to let me disappear into the pain.

This Sub 40 wasn’t just a time. It was trust, belief, and brotherhood. 🏁
Grateful for this moment at @10km_internationale_de_casa ❤️

Marrakech. Sunrise. Heart pounding with the city. 🌅🏃🏽🔥

My first half marathon, on these historic streets, where every step felt heavier and every breath louder.
Doubt tried to sit in my legs.
Discipline answered back.

I crossed the line stronger than I arrived.
New PR. First 21K. One unforgettable chapter.

This race was not just distance.
It was proof that consistency whispers before it roars.
And today, it roared in Marrakech. 🏁✨

On to the next start line.

So much energy, responsibility, and good vibes from start to finish 🔊🕺🏽.

Huge thank you to @mehdielabid4 for giving me this opportunity,
and to @casadowntownrace for such a well-organized event.
Grateful and motivated for what’s next 🔵🟣
