A Script Supervisor (Hero of the movie) 'not the story'. This is the role that not every individual/expert in the film industry can do but I'm definitely proud to be doing it.
Doing what I love in a film set makes me enjoy every moment being on set just like any other crew member. Literally it is the most important role not to miss in any motion picture production.

So here is the first film talk about a Script Supervisor done in 🇹🇿 by @m2vproduction that I willingly was able to share my little experience and knowledge about the role itself in film production.

Script Supervisor (Shujaa wa filamu) 'sio hadithi'. Hii ni kazi ambayo sio kila mtengeneza filamu au mdau wa filamu ataweza kuifanya ila mimi ninajivunia kuifanya.
Kufanya kitu ninachokipenda kwenye filamu inanifanya niienjoy niwapo kazini kama ilivyo kwa mshiriki mwengine yeyote kwenye kazi ya filamu. Kiuhalisia hii ni nafasi muhimu sana ambayo haitakiwi kukosa mtu kwenye uandaaji wa picha jongefu.

Ninakuletea mazungumzo ya kuhusu Script Supervisor au vile wengi hupenda kuita 'kontinywiti' ambapo kwa mara ya kwanza imefanyika 🇹🇿 na @m2vproduction ambapo mimi mwenyewe kwa hiari yangu nimeweza kushare uzoefu wangu mdogo na maarifa niliyo nayo kuhusu kazi hii kwenye uandaaji wa filamu. Growing up as an introverted young man in a calm, lower-middle-class, God-fearing home allowed me to gather life lessons that have shaped who I am today.
These lessons evolved into habits: they’ve made me so observant of people and things, noticing details that others miss, and turned me into an active listener who acts responsibly without seeking the spotlight.

The upsides of these habits often outweigh the downsides. Channeling them into my career has allowed me to sustain a life where my morals and beliefs remain unchanged. I’m proving that a career in arts and film production is just as valid as any “pompous” job title na sio “uhuni” au kazi ya pesa ndogo. (I have a story about this that I’ll share in my next post.)

Adulthood is overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure out how to provide. But connecting my childhood experiences to the external world is vital for me to survive and bloom to greatness. I’ve journeyed from humble beginnings to great opportunities, staying true to what I believe is right for me.

Let's talk about Adam's job before the fall of man. It wasn't about physical labor, but mental labor. God brought him every creature to name, frame, and assign. His mind was his office! But then came the fall, and Genesis 3:19 says it all: "In the sweat of your face, you shall eat bread!"
