Part 3. by @adam_conte01

It’s official y’all! We did it! We won best music video award 🔥 thank you to @aifisf for letting us be apart of this! I loved being apart of this project and there are many more to come! I am so proud of this award, the people involved and being indigenous! The @aifisf goes on from Nov. 5th - Nov. 13th and it’s a great way to celebrate Native American Heritage Month!
Special thanks to @spencerbattiest and @docnativemusic for this song and allowing me to be apart of this journey! Yaw^ko by @adam_conte01

PROUD HUSBAND MOMENT!

@reccajean broke her nose 2 weeks before while surfing and she still ran a good race! It was so much fun training and doing this with her! She tattoos, surfs, sings and does hyrox! No one is more talented or as cool as my wife 😊 by @adam_conte01

2nd Hyrox in SLC. Super happy with my time. Earlier this year I did Phx open category. I tried to do that same category but it was sold out so I had to do the pro category. I basically got the same time with much heavier weight so it was a WIN for me!

Training Thoughts: we belong in the places that get us motivated to improve any area of our life.

Also it was amazing to have the same time as my brother! @conte_philip by @adam_conte01

Hyrox 2026 by @adam_conte01

Big update.

I’m going to school for a PhD in Holistic Medicine! Along the way I get certifications that I would like to start sharing!

To launch this, I’m offering something called the Founder Exchange. I’m offering a limited number of sessions in exchange for.

• A short video testimonial
• A written review
• And permission to use your feedback for marketing and educational purposes (face optional)

These sessions include:
• Emotional release work
• Breathwork to calm and reset the body
• Fascia-based maneuvers to release deep tension

These are the exact same sessions my paying clients will receive. Nothing is watered down.

If you’ve been feeling:
• Stressed
• Burned out
• Tight in your body
• Or just not quite like yourself

…and you’re open to trying a body-based reset, send me a message or apply through the link.

I help people feel like themselves again, so they can show up for their life. by @adam_conte01
