POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

As we sat by the river Dart and her many streams, melodies appeared out of the blue - we could have not made them up. They were already here in her field of consciousness, waiting to be heard and sang so that her frequencies of sound would touch those hearts that are ready to hear them.

Each time, we are always left in awe and wonder by the mysterious and pristine nature of water ✨💧✨

Thank you water for all that you give so generously and continuously. We love you.

May we wake up to your true essence and wisdom so that our hearts stay pure and clear 🙏🏽 🪷

We’ve been carefully shaping our next Wild Power gathering, reflecting on what we need as women at this time: connection, nourishment, remembrance and room to let loose.

With Halloween and the pagan festival of Samhain approaching, it feels like a beautiful moment to gather.

Together with ADAMA Events and A Taste of Nutmeg, we’ll create an ancestral altar and share a prayer for our ancestors and loved ones who have passed. A delicious seasonal feast will follow, before DJ Kelda brings us together on the dance floor.

An evening for women of all ages and backgrounds, to honour those who came before us and celebrate our own wild selves.

4 November · The Hairy Barista · Totnes, Devon

We’d so love you to join us. 🕯️

Next week we gather for the very first Wild Power - the first of many evenings created especially for women.

Co-hosted by Ruth Harris and myself at The Hairy Barista, this intimate gathering is an invitation to slow down, connect and celebrate the power of women in community.

The evening will include a beautiful anointing ritual led by Chloe Isidora of MYMOON Power, alongside a seasonal three-course plant-based supper lovingly crafted by chef Meg Evans of A Taste of Nutmeg.

An evening of nourishment, ritual, conversation and connection.

Thursday 18th June • The Hairy Barista

This is a very special event for women only … 🌸🌷🌸

We’d love to invite you to an intimate evening for women, to gather, soften, and reconnect.

Wild Power is an invitation to dress as the goddess you are and share a beautiful evening with other inspiring women.

Enjoy a three-course, plant-led supper by A Taste of Nutmeg, with a complimentary welcome cocktail tailored to your cycle—or post-menopause, created using seasonal ingredients.

Our intention is for this to be a quarterly gathering, evolving with the seasons.

Chloe Isidora @chloeisidora will be hosting an anointing ritual to ground into your body, moving from the mind into the heart and into connection with your womb space.

Hosted by ADAMA @adama.events , this will be a night to slow down, connect, and return to your own wild nature.

We look forward to welcoming all those that can make it to our very first Wild Power event.

Thursday 18th of June
The Hairy Barista, Totnes

Welcome drinks from 6pm

Dinner at 7pm

Ticket link in bio & at dandelion events .

Tickets are limited for this event.

With so much love🌸

Today marks our 3rd anniversary of The Hairy Barista, at No.82 , The Narrows, Totnes.

What’s grown here is so much more than just a coffee shop; it’s the familiar faces, the conversations, the connections, and the feeling of being part of something bigger, together.

As we move forward, we feel called to bring more of our roots into the space, gently weaving in threads of our Middle Eastern ancestry through flavour, music and atmosphere.

We’ve got some really beautiful things on the horizon, our very first ever Latte Art Competition, the launch of our women’s supper club Wild Power and many more music-filled nights with ADAMA Events.

From the bottom of our hearts, we’d like to thank all of our incredibly gifted staff & suppliers, & to also take this opportunity to thank all of you, our loyal customers, old & new, for growing with us, for showing up, and for making The Hairy Barista what it is.

We wouldn’t still be around, if it weren’t for each & every one of you .

With love,
Ruth & Roee taken in The Hairy Barista by @adama.events

LUCY WYLDE’S ALBUM DEBUT
@the.hairy.barista
19.4.26

WOW !!!
It’s been nearly 5 months since our last ADAMA gig @the.hairy.barista & what an absolutely incredible gig to reopen & start the spring season off with ..

Lucy did not disappoint.
The plan was to film this entire gig, but instead we were absolutely hypnotised by Lucy’s sensational voice.
So much power, beauty & intention all weaved into one incredible voice .

We couldn’t have felt more honoured to have been chosen to host Lucy’s first gig in her debut album Spring tour @the.hairy.barista

Lucy filled our ADAMA space with prayers of peace, harmony, understanding & connection .
The energy of her voice brought with it waves of calm, hope & healing for all of us alike .

We hope Lucy will remember us in her future when more & more audiences will get to hear & feel her powerfully rich & mesmerizing voice .

Thank you to @flofields & @yunala.songweaver for accompanying @lucywyldemusic for this intimate night of such sublime music … a balm for our souls during these challenging times we are all currently faced with ..

Thank you Lucy 🙏🏻
You blew us all away ..

We look forward to hosting you again in the future .

Dear ones,

I am beyond excited to be announcing a stream of shows for this year, starting with the place I call home, Totnes! 🩵

On 19th April, I invite you to join me in celebration of my first ever debut album, ‘Remember Who You Are’.

These songs have been deeply close to my heart for the last 6 years and it feels exciting and vulnerable that they are ready to step out into the world.

This is a new chapter beginning and I’m so excited to see where it leads…

Tickets available via @adama.events / @the.hairy.barista bio’s / @dandelion.events_ website🤍

Big thanks to @the.hairy.barista & @adama.events for supporting my music in this way - it means so much! 🤍

It was such a massive honour to hold space for CHARLOTTE MABON’S Album Launch ‘River Of Soul’ @the.hairy.barista on 6/12/25.

This very short live clip is from the powerful & prayerful title track & song ‘ EACH LIFE SACRED’ also the name of the Collaboration Album which fundraised more than £30,000 for WarChild - of which all funds will go directly to Children in Gaza.

Deep gratitude to Charlotte for once again sharing her ever so angelic, gentle & calming voice with all of us …
A voice that channels such humility, compassion & grace .

It was a deeply powerful night of soul connection, healing & prayer, filled with intention & great depth .

Thank you dear Charlotte for continually reminding us what we have all come here for …. & leaving us energised, with a real feeling of belonging, connection & hope .

Until your next album …

A place you can feel at ease ..
A place you can feel warm & welcomed
A place we can all call our community.
A place, we call home .

Each & every one of our dedicated staff at The Hairy B are treasured by us.
Without @radical.with.rituals @mollyw.s @josiah_hague @_josie.jump @morgan_k.an_illustration @jasmine.louella.paprika @megpiejewellery @natasha.spiralweaving @thisgeorgeisonfire, there would be no hairy barista .

We’d therefore like to take this annual opportunity to thank each & every one of them.
And to all the staff that were with us during this past year, but had to move on with the flow of life ..
