My first competition in calisthenics was 2021 - which I lost. I lost BIG.

But what I still remember is that no one looked down on me. I was still cheered on, treated respectfully and I felt like one in the community. That stuck with me even to this day - the community. And it’s something I think is really rare with this sport❤️‍🔥

Now, 2026, the community is still the same. The only difference is… I don’t lose anymore😉

2nd vs 1st place Summer League champion🏆

For endurance and high-intensity athletes, maintaining performance when fatigue builds up is crucial💪

Beta-Alanine and L-Carnitine are two well-researched ingredients that supports exercise performance through different mechanisms - especially through buffering lactic acid in the muscles. That’s why both are included in the PROVITY Performance Drink.

Combined with 5 other carefully selected ingredients, the formula is designed specifically to support calisthenics performance. That’s why athletes like Adam and Tim choose PROVITY⚡️

The Male competition was insane, too 🔥

Strong performances by all athletes in every city but only 3 machines could take the podium.

1. @adamahlberk 🏅
2. @timey_99 🥈
3. @sie.alex 🥉

Incredible scores, see you again in Summer, maybe we will see the 400 total ?😎

2 competitions in 2 weeks.

One broke me down. One gave me confidence. Both taught me valuable lessons.

The only way to get revenge is to keep going. Your time will come🙏
