Josey’s first oyster experience of course had to be at @austinoysterco. Josey even left @brendanyancy with a souvenir drawing.

Mom’s first as well, if you can believe it wearing all those pearls. taken in Austin Oyster Co. by @adamannen

@austinoysterco opens tonight, and you’re gonna want to book a rez ASAP. OpenTable, btw.

I’ve been privileged to humbly help out a bit along the journey from the days of the shuck boys to this amazing spot!

The menu is incredible and can take you for multiple flavor experiences. The drinks are on point (don’t miss the martinis!). The vibes are 🤌🏼.

Trust, you’ll want to take your out-of-town friends, your dates, anyone you want to impress. @mairheard and I have not shut up about our experience this weekend.

Congratulations @brendanyancy @drewahu @kbyancy @clarkcost @kaiitfleming and all involved on creating something special.

Cheers! 🥂🦪 taken in Austin Oyster Co. by @adamannen
