Thank you #bexmusic I was very stressed out throughout the day and was considering going home before ALT BLK ERA come on but getting pics with you and signing the merchandise i bought made my night.

Just struggling with #bipolarlife today 😴

Will be ready for London next week 🙌 😎 by @adamconlonmedia

I can see why spoons gets complaints because some staff are arrogant people rude abusive and very threatening.

Ive been in many of them to see they don't get paid enough to enforce policy but some simply don't do basics to offer fair play or common sense.

Management are often strange people who think they own the place which where i disagree.

John Reilly Gtl knows my position on fair play.

He knows 100 % i would quit my job if a law abiding Traveller was systematically discriminated against without lawful reason.

However as a #Middleton man i can say 100% say the staff here while under pressure let anyone in as per licence terms.

Which as we know varies.

I think I'm settled on a few gatherings now when the woman who SOMEHOW managed to tame me arrives later down the line this week hopefully.

We both acknowledge the challenging nature of a long term relationship from distance when she's a full time mum and I'm beginning the process of being a full time working step father.

Its challenging because it's been ten years since I've had that level of a relationship because for me there wasn't a problem with dating women who had kids.

Just needed to find someone brave enough to produce Adam Junior or a daughter version✌️

But #EVERYTHING is falling into place to look at options for having kids.

The jigsaws are going to be put together.

#BreakingNews #manchesterindependent #reformuk Independent media wolves Manchester 2.0 👏 👌 🙌 💪

Keep looking for me Harry Bayford you will never knock me out in a million years.

I know fair play more than you 100% I'm telling you for free Harry never cross a Joyce man or woman if you value your jaw and definitely not Tommy Joyce because he lives by the same provocation rules i do in the security services industry.

Fight or Flight ✈️

I wouldn't ever fight a Joyce for a million pounds too much respect 👏

I would however pay the Dougie Joyce team £50 just to carry Dougie Joyce belts to the ring next year 👊👊

Come fight me Harry i need a sparring partner you can pay for me to knock your arse out anytime in the gym. by @adamconlonmedia

I don't know where people get off bombarding me with bullshit on inbox when I'm ill.

Im a disabled man but i work and I'm fuckin intelligent so i can deal with it 99% or threats, even grief from my own family.

95% of my spam is exactly what it is.

I'm very thankful once again to my Freind Dougie Joyce for being the man if is today.

People can label him a bully and whatever i don't care.

Hes never bullied me once.
Never talked down to once.
He's not the character trying to drag me down.

I'm older than him and yet we have just had a brief clarification catch up.

(Please note through picture is two days old when I'm ill)

To get an inbox exchange from him has cheered me up as in recovering at home.

Thank you to all the Joyce's for their work in the community this year. by @adamconlonmedia
