First show in the books, man what a crazy experience. I won’t lie this prep was hard, I’ve done cuts in the past but getting show ready lean is a whole different level of conditioning you have to take it to. I’ve always loved bodybuilding because that’s what this game really is its all mental, being able to push past mental barriers that you don’t even think are possible when you’ve spent all day working on little to no carbs and your body starts slowing down and ur tired, ur sore but it’s time to do that hour cardio the mental and physical strength needed day in and day out is unreal, but when those lights turn on and time to present all your hard work that’s when you find the beauty in the struggle and really see who wanted it more.

Didn’t place exactly where I wanted but I’m not complaining I’ll be back for my hardware next year. And to the wizard behind the curtain @stimulants can definitely say more than just a coach, brother fr. He saw the dream and vision I had and made everything possible, we managed to have a successful offseason and be show prep ready in under 1 year, crazy. Excited to bring a better package in the future and be back on that stage, just the start. by @adamfiorda
