It’s been a rollercoaster 🤯

Amazing times. Awful times. But wouldn’t change any of it for the world. It’s all character building.

You get lucky by staying in the game long enough for luck to find you 🙌🏼

If you quit, you’re guaranteed to lose. If you don’t quit, there’s a chance you’ll win🤝 by @adamflynnproperty

This leak obliterated one of my gaffs and it costs 15-20k to put right

It was leased to a social housing provider who didn’t inspect the property whilst it was vacant and the leak lasted for a week

If you’re passing your property to a social housing provider… make sure it’s a good one😂 by @adamflynnproperty

Here’s an insight into a strategy call with @_themembersclub members

Asking questions, getting to know about them & their position and giving honest advice

We get to know every member on a personal level so we know where they’re based, what they do and what they want to achieve

This gives us the best opportunity to help every member achieve their goals in property and business by @adamflynnproperty
