Took to the streets of Wembley last Sunday for another PB that was not on the cards, 3 hours sleep, 2am travel start, closed roads, 7000 runners, 111m of elevation, heart rate through the roof, sub 19 5k at the end, don’t know how it went so well.

I’m happy because i wasn’t reaching for this especially on this course but i am chasing something much quicker so a proper training block before the next one might be needed. taken in Wembley Stadium by @adamfromdorset

Double Medal Monday 🏅🏅
What a day, it’s been a while London, the people & @runthroughuk never fail me 💙
.
Double PB, after 3 hours sleep, a 5am train, no time for breakfast & running to and between each race took it out of me, i could have maybe kicked a bit more through the middle of each race but i didn’t want to wreck myself completely & staying on the racing line at two sell out events is tough. taken in London, England by @adamfromdorset
