@biglaughsfest was so much fun. #sedona was a cool town with lovely people. The shows were great, and the comedians were awesome. Go over to the festivals page to see more pictures from the events. This trip has been rewarding in a lot of different ways, and I look forward to coming back.

We got another 🔥 🔥 🔥 lineup comin at ya this Friday at BABS! (AND it just so happens to be our resident DJ/Emily’s hubby Chase’s BIRTHDAY this Friday so let’s show love and pack the damn house!

This week’s 11/21 lineup:

Adam Close (@adamfromgenesis)
Towering over the competition — literally and figuratively. Bay Area comedian Adam Close is known for his quick wit and commanding presence, lighting up stages from Oakland to San Francisco and beyond. A staple in local lineups, he’s also hosted major mix nights like Comedy Slice and charmed audiences with his larger-than-life jokes.

Lauren Hooberman (@laurenhooberman)
Chicago’s resident teacher-turned-troublemaker. Lauren Hooberman balances her day job in education with belly laughs in comedy clubs — she’s been tearing up Zanies, The Lincoln Lodge, and co-producing Back Room Comedy. She also co-hosts Hot Dish!, a live cooking + stand-up show that’s as funny as it is delicious.

Kyle Alan (@kylealancomedy)
Kyle Alan is your go-to funny friend who happens to bring the house down. Whether he’s dropping self-deprecating bits or riffing on the absurd, he’s built a rep for making the everyday feel hilariously personal.

Jacob Mundell (@Jacob.mundell)
Jacob Mundell brings a fresh, sharp edge to stand-up — he’s part storyteller, part truth-teller, and all laughs. With his sharp observational humor and relatable absurdity, he’s building serious buzz in comedy circles.

Joy Gamby (@joygamby) — Headliner
Headliner Joy Gamby is Chicago’s laughter therapist. Dubbed the ‘Queen of Clean Comedy,’ she’s known for her bold energy, warm spirit, and ability to shift the room with just a joke. She co-produces Low-Key Funny Show at the Laugh Factory, curates Chicago’s only all-clean showcase at Riddles Comedy Club, and plays hard so audiences can heal harder. taken in BABS Comedy Club, LLC by @adamfromgenesis

Happy birthday Brett! This is probably the last time I’ll ever go to the coliseum, unless Celine Dion comes to town. 25 years later and these Milpitas Bonds can’t be broken. I’m happy we got to take these pictures. We had so much fun yesterday. taken in Oakland Coliseum by @adamfromgenesis
