26.2 Miles for Mind 🧠

Mental health is part of all of our lives. It affects how we think, how we work, how we create, how we deal with pressure and how we see ourselves.

Behind every person exists rejection, comparison, financial uncertainty, long nights, lack of sleep, social media pressure, substance use, creative blocks and the constant feeling that you should be doing more.

Some struggles are obvious. Most aren’t.

For me, running this marathon represents something I’ve been learning more with time, our minds, just like our bodies, need looking after.

You don’t build resilience overnight.

You build it one run, one conversation, one difficult day and one decision to keep moving forward at a time.

Progress isn’t always linear, and struggling doesn’t make you weak.

If running 26.2 miles can raise some money, start a few conversations, or make even one person feel more comfortable speaking about what they’re going through, then every mile will be worth it.

I’ll be running for Mind, and for everyone fighting battles the people around them might never see.

If you’d like to support the run, donate via the link in my bio.
