8 PM to 2 AM. Six hours to direct and shoot six completely different characters with one dancer.

@dracula.bckwrdz basically lived in front of a mirror and in front of the camera all night—doing their own makeup, hair, and wardrobe changes between setups and going over choreography while I re-lit the space.

CHAMELEON dropping soon!

The way she dances my choreography 🥰

No tricks. No turns. One batement.

She dances.

I always say “It’s easy to get a dancer or choreographer to appreciate you, but when you get the lawyer, doctor, nurse, cowboy, mechanic, IT tech, chef, someone outside of your field to appreciate you, you’ve moved from a dancer, to Artist who Dances”

Dancer @junior_89
Choreographer @adamparson

We co-choreographed the full video up on my page!

This was a literal punch in the gut.

Back in 1997(I know, shut up.) Siv Gaustad @sivgaustad and I were inseparable sound mates.

After taking @alexmagnoofficial amazing classes, we would walk to my place, have lunch, break down the choreography so we could get it better the next day.

We would, carry our bags of sweaty dance clothes to the laundromat do our laundry together we’d listen to music, pointing out different things we heard in the songs. We would stare at each other in amazement, discovering sounds in music that would otherwise lay hidden as a supporting element to a song.

Our spirit animal was an octopus.

To this day, this woman danced like no one I have ever seen in my life.

Feet and hands like paint brushes.

Legs and arms like trees swaying in the wind.

A torso rooted like gravity.

Whenever I was able to visit her in Norway, it was like time hadn’t passed. It was amazing to see her be her goofy self with me, walking the streets of Oslo, gasping for breath from laughing so hard, and people looking at us like we were crazy 😆

That bright smile, her wonderful giggle, and her thoughtful honest and candid conversations.

She went through alot from 1997 to today, but she fought like the warrior she was. Even when she did other jobs, she always used dance as her medicine.

Siv will always be my link and example of what a human looks like when they transform themselves into a dancer.

I join all who knew you and love you to say:

We will miss you,

But we will never EVER forget you💕

I love you, Adam

Dancers! Don’t miss out on a class that focuses on the feeling, not the footage.

Footage is fun, but not the goal in my class.

YOU ARE.

Come see why so many student love taking class!

From the Westend to the @showpalast.muenchen 🪽

These impressions are from rehearsals for SKYBIRDS’ opening number — with L.A.-based choreographer @adam.parson, who flew in to bring this vision to life.

What started as a dream during @nunzio.pas’s years in London has grown into a production bringing together more than 50 performers on one of Munich’s biggest stages.

Some of the things that make SKYBIRDS special:
✨ Dancers of different ages and backgrounds
✨ Professionals and local talents create together.
✨ A community project that is spreading its wings.

Together with @performingartsstudiosmunich, we’re just getting started.

SKYBIRDS
31.10. & 01.11.2026

@jeremyduvall if you’re fortunate to know him, you’re better off for it! He’s such a great human being, incredible dancer, choreographer and a phenomenal teacher! It’s rare to have all of those things in one person, but he definitely does! Thank you for coming to Munich to teach for @terribestdance and dancing with me in my class @performingartsstudiosmunich been a while since I got on the floor on my own!

I wrote a love letter to Juliette but it’s too long for Instagram. I think you get the gist of how I feel from the video but I’ll post the letter somewhere and let you know. by @adamparson
