This pair of kestrels on Hampstead Heath was so attentive to their young, of which I counted three little grey chicks. The pair would take turns to return every few minutes with a new bit of food.

In the fifth image (apologies for the slightly lower quality in this one as my focus was set off) you can see one of them eating a freshly delivered frog that almost matches it for size.

'The dogs of Hampstead Heath' // Sometimes on a Heath walk, you'll come across a reminder of just how much pure joy and love they bring into people's lives.

Sometimes this area gives the vibe of a small seaside town far removed from London

Getting across London before sunrise can be a mission... but once you're there in the quiet, watching the golden light coming through the mist, it is always 100% worth it ☀️🦌

@theroyalparks Richmond Park this morning was looking particularly beautiful as the foliage starts to turn. Rutting season is also upon us, and there are some fantastic photo opportunities (make sure to give the deer at least 50m of distance especially at this time).

We are blessed in London to have all these magnificent green spaces to enjoy, what a privilege 🙏

It's that time of year again in Richmond Park 🍂🦌 As the mornings start to get more crisp, it's perfect for an early start to watch the beautiful deer in @theroyalparks

Heath nature post 🦊🐦‍⬛🌿 The fox looked young and had such an intense stare. Yet it wasn't timid and didn't run off - sat locked in this exchange for some time... 🙏
