Hebe, where do I start?

From the moment we met I knew it was meant to be, the connection and passion between us is something words can’t describe.

We’ve experienced a short period of life together but I knew from day one I wanted to grow old with you, experience the rest of life with you and eventually build a family with you.

You’ve been my lifeline through every aspect of my life over the past year with the ups and the downs.

From holding me accountable on prep to being by my side through one of the toughest periods of my life, you mean more to me than words can describe.

Going back to the place of our first date today I knew that was the place to ask you to be my parter in life, Mrs Loftus to be.

This is just the beginning of experiencing life as one, the future holds a lot for us and I can’t wait to experience it.

I love you, and I always will. by @adamrloftus

The reason I got the results I did from this prep, she didn’t let me skip a beat.

I had steps to do, she’d join me regardless of the weather.

Constantly reminding me how much cardio I’ve got to do day by day and making sure everything went perfectly on a daily basis.

Now it’s my turn to return the favour, let’s make the next 6 months count. by @adamrloftus

The scariest year of my life.

12 months ago I made the biggest decision I’ve ever made, I threw my career down the drain on what everyone around me thought was a “whim”

Within the first 6 weeks of making that decision I was neck deep in debt I didn’t know how to pay back, but I knew it would work.

I was hunched over my laptop 14 hours a day scrambling to make this work, at this point it was do or die.

Then rolled around September 2025, the breakthrough.
I went from £6,789 in debt to £10,000 in my account.

And now 12 months later we’re here, a full team of people all working toward the same goal. TAKE OVER THE INDUSTRY.
