2025. This year quietly changed the way I look at what’s possible.

On the surface it added a few solid lines to the life resume. But the real impact didn’t come from the places. It came from the people I met, time alone, some incredible strangers and a few hard moments that challenged me more than I expected. Somewhere in there I learned something simple but important, the value of time and the freedom and happiness that comes from choosing how you spend it. We control our own happiness and unhappiness, so choose wisely.

When you start letting limiting beliefs drop away the world opens up. Things that once felt unrealistic start to become in reach. Learning how to work remotely, using points and loyalty programs intelligently and prioritizing my health & wellness changed how I move through life. Sharing experiences with friends made it richer. Spending time alone made it clearer.

Unexpectedly ending the year in Dubai, in a place that unapologetically ignores limiting beliefs feels strangely synchronistic.

Build The Life That You Want.
You only get one. It’s yours, not anybody else’s.
Do it your way.

Mine does not look anything like I expected, but I’m learning that’s what also makes it so fun at times. 🥂 by @adams.stry

This trip will forever hold a special place in my heart. It had everything. Alone time, friends time, tears, laughter, breathwork, yoga, personal development retreat, wedding, boat charter, surfing, golf, street food to private chefs, 3 citys but so many memories. Man life gets fun when you find your tribe. Until next time 🙏🏻 by @adams.stry

Alas, it’s the old year’s end reflection time. FYI, this is for me now and future me— not for you, though this just happens to be a good platform for it, and I don’t mind sharing.
I finally get what the older people said growing up: time flies. This year went by FAST, but after reflecting on it, it feels like 4 or 5 years packed into one. I closed a business that had been my income for 12 years, built a warehouse, slept in 24 different cities in 3 countries across 74 days, sold my house, moved cities, lost friends, gained new ones, cried, laughed and so much more.
This year brought a lot of difficulty, some failure, a lot of change, A LOT of mistakes, and no shortage of learning experiences, vulnerability, and growth. Yes, this is somewhat of a highlight reel and doesn’t show any of the tough times — and man, this year didn’t hold back on those, that’s for sure. Possibly the toughest yet, but I’m seeing those as all learning experiences, so I guess I learned a lot this year.
For the first time ever, I took a lot of time off, really started to live my life and what seems weird is, despite the time “off” I changed and grew the most— and so did my business. Who would have thought? Slowing down actually speeds things up.
Coming from some of my lowest lows and highest highs, 2025 will definitely be about trying to mellow things out, slow down, and settle into a new phase. Slowing down in so many aspects of my life, which I think will also help speed up some of the things I’m working toward. But as it does, time will tell.
I’m very curious to see what hits the 2025 reel. If history continues to repeat itself, it will be the best one yet. Just hope I remember that during the lows: you got this. by @adams.stry

Wow it almost seems surreal to be at this point, a 3 year journey. This place literally has my blood sweat and tears in it. During that time I contemplated EVERYTHING. By no means was it easy and definitely not always fun, this has come from a lot of stress, risk, hard work and a lot of help from friends, family and colleagues. It also unfortunately ended up with a lot neglect in many of other parts of my life and to those effected by that I am sorry. However with that some of the largest lessons i have ever learned and fortunately the most growth I have ever seen in myself.

To those of you that helped along the way, you know who you are and I will be forever grateful and cant wait to enjoy this with you! I am ready for this phase of my life to close out and begin on the next.

What a ride, what a rollercoaster.

Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.

We often get stuck in the day to day bullshit of life, loosing sight on who we are, what’s important to us and what makes us full. We must remember to take care of ourselves, do things that make us happy and bring us joy. We must remember to love ourselves before we can love another or be loved by another.

Learning a lot, changing a lot. Part 1 2023 not actually that bad. Time to

As we begin to close out on another year, feeling fortunate to be able to experience so many different things, different places, situations and energy’s. Looking back and realizing some tremendous growth mentally, physically, in personal and business life. Don’t get me wrong a lot of hard times, bumps, hiccups and mistakes most don’t see, or understand along the way but you learn the most from the lows and they also allow you to have the highs.
Setting up for a massive year in so many ways with lofty personal goals and big changes, new business avenues and relationships. It’s not time to slow down, it’s time to step on the gas. I had some amazing times with the people I care about the most and continue to find my tribe. I spent a lot of time alone and am still learning how to thrive that way also. Don’t have dreams, dreams are things you wish would happen, have goals and create plans to hit them. I am a true believer that you can accomplish almost anything you want in life if you work for it and truly believe it also. If your stressed or burnt out or struggling right now, understand your not alone and I would encourage you to look back on your year as I have to remind yourself of some of those amazing times and things you did. These past years have been hard for everyone and create so much divide, life can still be incredibly special and fun if you make it. Let’s keep making each coming year better then the last, I truly wish the best for each and every one of you and hope you all enjoy more what matters most to you in this coming year. by @adams.stry

Instagram wanted to make this so here it is. Insert Somthing catchy.

People only see the tip of the iceberg or the end result. They don’t see the late nights, early mornings, numerous mistakes, lonely weekends. Life’s a grind when your trying to reach rarely visited heights, but it’s important to enjoy the journey. by @adams.stry

Reposted• @eco.maintenance and @premier.contracting The West Coast of Canada was recently hit with a devastating #AtmosphericRiver weather pattern which resulted in mass flooding of many southern areas of BC. Family homes, farms and businesses had to be evacuated. Some areas still had over 5 feet of water, days after the rain had stopped. Families have been displaced and many homes, cars, farms, crops and fields have been wiped out and will now need to rebuild.

So this weekend the Eco crew joined friends from @trashpandabins to help with some of the clean up in the flooded Abbotsford area.
100% of their time was donated along with equipment use & dump fees.

In addition to this weekends work Eco Property Maintenance & sister company @premier.contracting will be donating 25% from all General Garden Maintenance bookings made from now until Christmas to the #BCFloodRelief

If you would like to make a booking please email info@vpcsite.ca or call 778.989.0145

*Garden maintenance does not have to be completed within this time period to qualify, only booked. All bookings made for future works outside of this time will be honoured. 2x hour minimum, with 2x man crew + dump fees.
