New Director/DP work for @kickinghorsecoffee - a whirlwind of a five days out in the Rockies and the Lower Mainland with an all-time crew.

We soaked in the hot springs and saw mountain goats, had copious amounts of coffee (reached a new all time daily cap), and sported our wake up.kick ass trucker hats on set. 10/10 would do it all again.

some places give more than they take.

when i first started coming to tality, i didn’t fully get why it hit so different. the sauna, the cold plunge… everything just went quiet. my mind, the noise, the constant worrying. i could actually just be for a minute.

and the crazy part is how much that trickles into everything else - taking care of myself here helps me take better care of the people in my life, my work, all of it.

over time it’s become my third space… somewhere i can show up, hang, reset, talk to people, and walk out feeling like a better version of myself.

last week i brought my camera in to shoot here for the first time with good friends, and it just felt full circle.

life has this way of looping back in ways you don’t expect. sometimes the simplest spaces end up shaping you the most. by @adamstevensvisuals
