Would you pay $9.99 a gallon to fill up your boat? Pretty disgusting to see businesses price gouging customers like this.

Thankfully I just dropped an episode that shows every fuel dock around the lake and what they're charging for gas (spoiler alert, it's not this much anywhere else!).

I'm going to be embarking on one of my craziest solo off road adventures yet - the @bestinthedesert Reno to Vegas Rally...500 miles over 3 days through the Nevada desert in sweltering temperatures above 100F.

I'll be starting out in Reno, Nevada and ending up just outside of Las Vegas. The terrain will include mountains, wide open desert, silt beds and washes and everything in between.

A trip like this doesn't happen without serious preparation, so with the help of @justmoneymotorsportsllc, @ruggedradios and @carbonoffroad_usa, we got my @canamoffroad Maverick R Max ready for this epic journey.

Reliable comms is one of the most important safety features I'm going to need on this trip. We installed the @ruggedradios M1 Race series radio to make sure I can keep in contact with the other teams and safety crew during the rally.

I'll be wearing my @midnightrallyclub Evo air pumper helmet which comes pre-wired with speakers and a microphone so I can use my radio while I'm out on course.

@justmoneymotorsportsllc absolutely nailed the install of the radio with some custom plates and existing switch locations to make sure everything is right where I need it.

Dust and heat is going to be my enemy on this trip, so we installed the @ruggedradios Mac Air pumper kit which will blow fresh, filtered air directly in to my @midnightrallyclub helmet through a vent in the top to keep out the dust and make those 100+ F temperatures a little more bearable.

Easy to reach dial right on the dash to adjust the flow of my helmet pumper system.

Next up we relocated my @agmproducts jack to the roof to free up some space inside the car.

The new mounts use a ski binding style connector so securing and removing the jack is super simple.

Excuse the state of the car...I hadn't even had time to clean it since my last trip to the mountains.

The @agmproducts jack all secured on the roof rack opposite my @starbattusa Starlink setup.

Given that I'm doing this trip solo, we thought it would be a good idea to install a @carbonoffroad_usa winch. This thing is small but mighty and gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a way to get myself out of trouble or help others who may need it. Th taken in Lake Havasu City, Arizona by @adamswords
