This is The Sumner, developed by Lillie Paula Spalding Lewis, who built it on her family's own property rather than sell it after her husband's death, and ran it herself. It was constructed by Nicholas Ittner, the same builder behind the old Aragon Hotel, and financed by her family's cracker company, the one behind Atlanta's snowflake-shaped cookie.

Time flies when you are having fun! 10 years. It has been 10 YEARS since @ericaonthefly and I met 8/4 at Whiskey Blue after swiping on @bumble the same day. What a fun last few weeks we have had. A trip to Mexico with friends, Erica's birthday filled with tasty food, activities, and then our anniversary fun day with TopGolf and @delbaratl (run, don't walk to eat there). We saw @thefray @dashboardconfessional @colonyhouse last night to wrap up our adventures. I look forward to many more years of good times growing together as a couple and as individuals. A huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my Tootie! While your birthday was Sunday, it has been 2 weeks of fun celebrating with friends and family in Florida and Mexico. Not long after we closed on 2159 Main, we got this text.

He told us he'd been buried in a new job, and that his replies lately had felt rushed, like he was just trying to get things off his plate. Then he came across the printed card again, read it over, and took the time to write this.
